As the Pastry Chef, you will be required to make an assortment of pastries, rolls, and breads that have been in rotation at Bakery Street for decades. This includes working with laminated dough, mixing dough, and rolling and shaping pastries and breads
You will need to keep stock of bakery inventory and work directly with owners and co-workers to fulfill daily and weekly orders. You will also be responsible for ordering ingredients as needed.
